I’ve been using this service for BC since it was The Pill Club, and I don’t have much to complain about. Since the brand became Nurx I’ve had a monthly fee tacked onto my deliveries, but it’s $3 so it doesn’t feel like I’m being scammed or anything. I’ve never had a missed or delayed shipment and it continues to be easy to do a yearly check-in and forget about it for the rest of the year. I haven’t personally had any negative experiences with customer service or the nurses. I do miss the stickers, though.

I was waiting in line at the pharmacy one day and this saint of a woman mentioned Nurx for birth control, among other things. I signed up that day and have never looked back. Nurx makes renewing my prescription super easy, their contact section is straightforward and will always get an answer quick. I love using Nurx, especially when I've been taking the same birth control for so long, this takes all the work out of renewing.

I've been using Nurx for years and the process is very straigtforward and easy! It's much more convenient to access healthcare online than making constant trips to the doctor's office, getting referrals, going to the pharmacy ect. It fits my budget and does not take up my time.
