The company has always been on time with my prescriptions and have not had any issues with delivery. Continues to send notifications for when it may be time to renew or for any other questions that need answered. Gets quite expensive over time so may have to see if there's a way to get cheaper, but otherwise love this company and the medication I am taking. All I wanted.

I have been using Nurx services since 2020. They have reasonable pricing and they do have the capability to bill your insurance once you provide your insurance card, just like a physical pharmacy would. Their customer service is awesome! Not only has every problem/concern I've ever had been addressed in a timely fashion, they have people available 24/7 to message so you may get help at any time. The responses are not immediate, but someone will be answering you within less than 24 hours from my personal experience. It's extremely easy to get assistance or sign up for a service. You can reschedule when they send medication to you on their website and their system will send an automated message letting you know two weeks in advance that your order is in processing. I highly, highly recommend their service.
