i’ve never had a problem with NURX
i’ve never had a problem with NURX, and they always help me and reach out in a very appropriate timeframe. I have no complaints and i always get my birth control on time with no issues !!

Nurx charged me $40 to tell me to use an over the counter product and that there's nothing they can do to help with my rosacea.

Pricey for what's provided IMO
I've been getting my birth control from Nurx since the pill club went away a while ago... Bummer. I missed the little goodies I used to get, plus it was completely FREE. Now I pay a small fee I think it's like $3? Maybe. Nothing terrible. Anyway, recently I opted to try their weight loss meds. Went with a mid priced option. It's ending up costing me more than I expected. I will say they're checking with me along the way prior to charging me, so I appreciate that. But I not only pay for the meds. I also pay a monthly membership type fee, I forget what it's labeled. And I just got an email that it's increasing too. Not sure what exactly I'm paying that for as there's not really much provider/doctor involvement aside from my initial interaction.
