I would not recommend Nurx.
We chose Nurx because we were hoping to avoid seeing an in-person dermatologist. After all, my daughter did not want to miss any school. After filling out the information on the site, it prompted us to take a picture of the front side of the face. After completing that, the next screen asks for another shot, and the following screen asks for another photo. I am not against submitting the pictures, but why don't you list everything you will need upfront so a customer can be ready? Also, I was texting my daughter during school and asking for these pictures, which was highly inconvenient—the same situation for the insurance card. Then after completing and submitting all of the pictures asked from us, we got a message that said we should expect to hear from someone within 24-48 hours. It took over 72 hours to get a response back from them, and then the message asked us to submit a blood test! What help is this service if they are going to spring this requirement on us after 72 hours?? I should have booked an online dermatologist who would tell me right then and there what was needed. Using Nurx was a waste of our time. I do not recommend it.
