Do Not Buy these shoes! I even paid the extra $13.50 for returns and they still wouldn’t let me return the shoes when I receive them. I’m a size 7, but the shoes were clearly a 7 1/2 or eight because they were too big for me and I could not even tighten them with the laces. The foam insert keeps slipping right out. There’s no stability. They’re very cheaply made. Please do not buy the shoes you’ll be wasting your money just like I did $134 later. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first.sent emails back and forth with the manager Anita Cortes and she actually acted like she was going to do a return and online it said items returned and then 10 day later when I asked why the money was not returned to my account she said the company doesn’t take returns do to lack of warehouse space so they won’t refund. This place is a scam and they make an extra $13.50 off of every person that pays for the return protection.

I can’t stress enough how cheaply made these “shoes” are! My foot just slips around in them, it’s like they attached a sock to a rubber sole. I have emailed them asking how to return them and get this…. Although they sold me a service of free returns and package protection for $6.18 they are telling me I can only return them if WRONG PRODUCT SENT or DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED, no where did it say that when ordering, and if that be the policy then why charge me $6.18 for a free return?? I paid $86.17 for these Nurse Babes and can’t wear them. I did ask that they show me their return policy on the website, no response. Beware of this company.

Unfortunately I am not able to give 0 for stars. Purchase Nurse Babe sneakers and they are terrible. They are Not soft like clouds, it's like walking on plywood no cushion the bottom and do not fit normal size I contacted them and refuse to return but the site states you can return. They do charge a fee for this. Also it states they are in the US but they are actually out of Chine per label as it took almost two.weeks to receive. I emailed them within 24 hrs of receiving item and they were like.... sorry we don't do returns but site Says otherwise. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DO. NOT PURCHASE. NOT CLOUD SOFT.

The quality of these is terrible. The pair I received has an insole that slips around, so I got sores on the bottom of my feet. When I reached out to the company, they told me that does not qualify for a refund. They definitely do not stand behind their quality or their product. Unlike most online purchases where you can count on them backing their product, this company does not do that.

These shoes are the worse! The quality is terrible, it’s seems like you get it from a second hand store. I ordered a 36 and I get a 38, and when I requested a return they say they will not process my refund. Definitely I am not recommending this company

I got the ortho cloud in red. these shoes are advertised as orthopedic, non-slip, comfortable, and suitable for those on their feet for a full shift. they are only one of those things: comfortable. they are most definitely not orthopedic, they offer very little support and the insole is less than a quarter inch thick. they are the opposite of non-slip. the first time I put the shoes on, they slipped and slid on carpet. like??? they do have a mesh-ish, sock like top that makes them slip on and comfortable. they are breathable. I also ordered their cushion inserts for extra cushion, and I'm glad I did, because otherwise they would be unwearable. the inserts are the same price as Dr Schols, but they don't last nearly as long. the shoes are pretty cute though, which is the only reason I'm keeping them. 4/10, only points for the cuteness, the ease of putting them on, and how comfortable the mesh top is.

I had asked to give me process on returns and then got an email back from Nurse Babes stating they do not accept returns. This is unbelievable. Do not buy from this company.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I fell for the ads on social media and decided to try these shoes. They are absolutely GARBAGE. They smell like KMart, come packed in a padded envelope like sardines. There is ZERO support, flat as a pancake. Not at all attractive. Definitely not waterproof. Its like a glorified slipper with an indestructible sole. I reached out to the company requesting my "FREE RETURN LABEL" that I paid $10 extra for, and they refuse to send it, saying no refunds unless wrong item sent or defective. We'll why the F did I pay for the return option?? I've been back and forth with these jerks for 6 emails and getting no where. Now reaching out to Affirm (Shop Pay) to see if they can do anything. Soooo angry. DO NOT BUY THESE!!! You'll be happier throwing money into the toilet and flushing. You'll get more out of it watching it swirl the drain.
