I wish I would’ve read these reviews first. I ordered a pair thinking they’d be highly supportive and a good, solid tennis shoe. WRONG. They are the cheapest made shoe I’ve ever seen. Hardly any support at all. Pure junk. The company would not let me return them either because I didn’t purchase the extra “free returns” at checkout. Now I’ve wasted $70. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered these shoes back on 5/3/25. It is now 6/8/25 and I have yet to receive my shoes… Apparently they made it to Los Angeles on 5/10/25 and have been there ever since. I just emailed nurse babe as well as the delivery company. We’ll see who responds first. I’m debating on running this through my credit card company as fraud. I will try to update as things go on, but I’m very disappointed.

I purchased 2 pairs of these shoes and going by their size guide I ordered size 38 however, when they arrived to Australia I needed a size 37. I sent an email so I could exchange however, have been informed that I am not entitled to exchange the products the next size down as I did not do a “Return Protection “. The quality versus the price is extortion” . This business is an absolute scam. Do not waste your money. Tania

The shoe is soft, not orthopedic, no arch support, and sole and sole material is not slip resistant, in fact it slips on carpet and hard surface floor. The only way to know this is by receiving the product, however, their return policy is sneaky. You can only return if you have purchased return insurance, which unfortunately I did not recall seeing at the time I ordered so I am just left with a shoe that looks cheap, cannot wear, and was pricey. Price is definitely too high for the low quality of the product.

Please be advised before you order “free” return protection is apparently the only way you can return any product you purchase. And no, “free” return protection isn’t free. It’s an add on to your order that you have to pay for. I ordered the correct size and it was too big. The company told me that because I didn’t pay for “free” return protection I couldn’t return anything, and I would just have to buy a new pair completely if I wanted them to fit. Only buy these if you are certain they are what you want because you will not get any money back for the wrong size.

To all and anyone. If you see ads for NURSEBABE shoes, don't bother ordering them. I did, they're way too wide and too big for my feet. I ordered the correct shoe size. I contacted the company. They said they can't and won't help due to the products not being damaged or sent the wrong items. So now I am out the money and shoes. I also paid for the order protection for free returns. Completely a joke of a company.

If I could give them a zero I would. I paid the extra six dollars upfront, in case something was wrong, i.e. sizing. Even though I have worn the same size shoes, for 20 years. These were too small. When I went to return them, they said the only way they return is, if they are damaged or aren’t delivered, I’m not sure how they can deliver shoes that aren’t delivered. Sorry, but the biggest reason for returning items is they don’t fit. I am having to go through my credit card company to get the money returned. Fingers crossed.

If I could give them zero stars I would! This is the biggest scam going. Do not buy shoes from this company. They refuse to refund your money for any reason!! They only want to do exchanges! Good this place at all costs unless you like giving your money away.
