Not the best
Not the best! Wore my shoes after waiting forever, did a over 10 hour shift and my feet hurt more then my worn out shoes. My feet moved in them WAY to much, no real way of tightening them. Paid 85 bucks for these and I did NOT like them

The absolute worst customer service
The absolute worst customer service. 8 emails and no answers. I did not receive my order and cannot get anyone to look into it let alone replace my order. Too bad you can't get in touch with the owners of this company. They might be interested to know how their customer service is driving potential customers away.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with Nurse Babe shoes that I feel obligated to warn others.
First, shipping took forever — no updates, no tracking info, but somehow I got spammed with over a dozen promotional texts and ads during the wait. When the shoes finally arrived, they were nothing like the photos. The soles were stiff as boards, completely lacking any cushioning, and definitely not suitable for anyone with foot pain. I specifically bought them because I have plantar fasciitis, and these made it worse.
I measured my feet and ordered based on their size chart, but the shoes were still too small. When I contacted customer service, I got an insulting and completely unhelpful response. Not only was I denied a full refund, I had to pay additional fees just to return them.
Save yourself the frustration — do not order from Nurse Babe. Poor quality, misleading advertising, and the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.

Ordered on 15th June, still not received (3rd July). Customer support practically nonexistent. Says no refunds until received. Yet the shoes are stuck at one place in transit for over a week. Avoid at all costs.

More BS deceptive drop shipping from China. If I’d known I would not have ordered, but of course they don’t TELL you that. The shoe took a month to get here, is cheaply made, and wayyy too small. Of course impossible to return. Wish I’d purchased on credit instead of debit so I could charge back. These bs fake companies HaVE to be stopped.
