If I could give less than one star I would, worst shoes I’ve ever owned. Cheaply made, insoles don’t even stay in the shoes and they gave me nerve damage in my feet. Honestly this company is a scam

The shoe quality is CHEAP, and they falsely advertise that they are slip resistant. Don't waste your money like I did. It's like buying shoes from Shein, but more expensive.

I bought shoes during a sale for the first time from this website. They did not fit and I wanted to return a repurchase a better fitting pair. I was told before check out I was warned it was a final sale and they could not refund me even to buy another pair. I asked for screenshots of where it said this and they emailed me multiple ‘screenshots’ that never came. I went looking at where this would have been shown by finding my shoe again and going to check out. Underneath the check out button and multiple ads, a place I needed to scroll to find, and under a drop down button is a place that stated the sale was final and I could not return. I emailed them stating this should never be put so far underneath a check out button and so hidden. Unfortunately will be dealing with foot pain longer due to wasting 100 on this company and unable to afford another shoe for awhile. Scammers.

If only I read the negative reviews before purchasing these shoes, I never would have wasted my money on these useless things! The size chart is incorrect, shoes sizes run way too small, the width is incorrect and even though I ordered a larger size, there is no way these shoes would fit. When contacting customer 'service' I was informed that these are not eligible for exchange, refund or return because it was purchased during a sale! Offering a 50% discount on a new order is not acceptable. I've already wasted my hard earned money on these useless shoes, now they want to bleed more money out of me! Utterly despicable! What a scam!

Upon receiving and wearing the shoes, the product did not function as advertised. Despite being marketed as "wide toe" shoes, the internal construction and narrow sizing created severe, restrictive pressure on the front of my foot. The shoes caused severe physical injury, resulting in extensive deep-tissue bruising and discoloration across my second and third toes due to intense mechanical compression. As a diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic, proper and safe footwear is a strict medical necessity. Diabetic foot complications can escalate rapidly from minor pressure injuries into severe, long-term health crises due to compromised circulation. The structural defect of these shoes poses a direct, active threat to my physical safety and mobility. Merchant’s Failure to Resolve:I promptly contacted Nurse Babes customer service via email to report the injury and request a return, exchange, or refund. The company flatly refused to assist, citing a strict "no returns or refunds" policy. While a company may maintain a standard return policy for change-of-mind purchases, a policy cannot legally or ethically be used to shield a business from liability for distributing a materially misrepresented, defective, and physically hazardous product. The item is completely unwearable and failed to meet basic safety and manufacturing standards.

The website has an automatic feature that, when the color is not available for your size, it auto switches to the smallest size. My mother, who is 60, ordered these shoes and was unaware it would do this. The size they gave us was a size 6. We needed a size 10. She called and asked if we can at least exchange them for a size 10, but they declined saying it was a clearance sale. These are around 80 dollars, and we are a low income family. 80 dollars down the drain for shoes that are unwearable even though they have been waited for. Foot pain is no joke. Being made to stand for hours, even though there's pain after just 1 hour, is not something I'd make anyone do. She was hopeful that they would be of help. They do not care about circumstances or you actually being satisfied at all. Not guaranteed satisfaction at all, and absolutely no understanding people working there. 80 dollars wasted on shoes that won't fit due to a badly made website that isn't accommodating for people.

Worst pair of shoes I’ve ever bought. Size is not true to size, they are tight in the toes, so loose at the ankles absolutely no support whatsoever and the shoelaces are so long that they are bigger than the shoes. This rotten company does not offer exchanges or refunds will never purchase from them again. Amazon has the same shoe for a lot cheaper! I’ll give Amazon my business!
