I'm on my feet for 8 to 12hrs 6 days a week in a radiology office. I recently went to the urgent care for severe back pain due to these shoes. Once i switched sneakers, back pain almost gone. Comfortable for a few days then you'd be better walking barefoot on shards of glass. Zero traction - i was slipping and sliding worse than the actual Slip n slide. Caused more foot and back pain than my sketchers - couldnt hardly bend my ankles to walk. They say size up if you are a 1/2 size, it looked and felt like clown shoes they were so big. They say they're in WA, however they came directly from China. I have retured both pairs and will not be buying again.

DO NOT BUY!!!! They are cheaply-made shoes, not at all as advertised. They won’t refund you at all. They say their policy indicates no refunds. You have to actually prepay for the right for a return BEFORE you purchase. The shoes are uncomfortable made with very thin fabric, where if you put a bit of pressure it ruptures. HORRIBLE PURCHASE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CHINESE COMPANY!!!

Cheaply made shoes from China, nobody invented these! Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. Not worth the money you pay for them. They also recommend half a size up, which are too big for me and don’t offer a return without paying £18, if you can even contact them. The shoes turned up in a plastic bag with no despatch note or anything. Evri parcel got lost for a week no response from nurse babe at all after emailing three times. Don’t waste your money!

The following is the exact review I emailed Nurse Babe that they will never show: "I got the Pro in bright green, because of the sizing being on the smaller side, I got a size 11. They fit well. These are so quiet when I walk, but they are NOT non-skid. The design concept is good but I still have sore legs and feet at the end of my shift. Also, the company may be US owned and operated with the shoes being designed in California, per the website, but they're manufactured overseas, I'm guessing China, where my shoes shipped from. 5 out of 10. I won't be buying again." 1st red flag: on the website, they tout "US owned and operated"- they never say manufactured in the US. 2nd red flag: the nurses pictured on the website don't appear to be wearing Nurse Babe brand shoes. 3rd red flag: I had to Google for reviews, not just video reviews (failed to do this before purchase - 100% on me). Final red flag (after purchase): no contact asking for a review; I had to reach out to them. Update 8/29/25: the company has reached out asking for more information such as a reference number. I hope they meant order number because that's all I have.

Lies that this is a US based company. Addresses on their site have US addresses. They ship from China. Fine print. No refund for any reason. I never got them and had to dispute with my bank

Worst company ever!!! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes size 6.5. When I got them I put the first pair on and it was a little large but I said ok it might work then I put the second one on and I realized they were too big. I didn’t bother to get the 3rd pair out of the foil looking wrapping as I wanted to exchange at least the 2nd and 3rd since I saw they sent me a 37 which can be equivalent to a 6.5-7. I wrote them an email and their response says they sent the correct size so no exchange will happen and they offered a 25% discount on next pair. I didn’t ask for money back just exchange. Yesterday I pulled out the 3rd pair of shoes out of their packaging and it is not what I even ordered. I would never wear the shoes they send. Now not only did they send the incorrect size but, but some random pair in exchange of what I ordered. I’m fuming!! I’m a single mom and I don’t have the free flowing money to just spend. Now I’m trying to figure out a way to get them to make this right.

17 weeks later, still no shoes and a run around with we are working on it, to your order was processed and shipped the next day, (Nov 18, 2024) lie and I have recent screenshots to prove it!! Now, I show proof a few weeks ago with a screen shot that it was not shipped based on my order number and tracking number to paypal and it stating, “No order order with that number”. What? Where is my refund?? Then, I start turning them in for fraud. Again screenshot it and turn it in to paypal for fraud. Now they reply through paypal that this order has been processed and I need to just wait longer. No!! You refused to just cancel my order and give me a full refund and reprocessed the order so you wouldn’t need to give a refund!! Fraud!!! Don’t trust this company or their shipping facility, they both are frauds!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was scrolling their website.Looking at things went to l9ok at shipping cost wtc and i suddenly got order confirmed. Without me even wanting to order. I immediately reached out to the company and told them it took them a few days to even respond. And then they told me they apologize and said it was cancelled and a refund Would be issued immediately This was back In january. I reached out five more times Trying Trying to find out where the refund Was never got a response. I finally get a response today And they're telling me they can't issue me A.Refund because they said the item was delivered.They were supposed to be canceled.How was it delivered?I never received anything. And then the likelihood will give you a 25% off a 25% off.I don't want their product.What don't they get about that. They're scamming me and then they're trying to make it seem like they're doing me some favor in giving me a 25% off on the next purchase. What a complete joke So to me it's a scam. Worst company ever. Steer clear up them.
