Thank you for your feedback, Comfort. We are very sorry to hear about your test results. Nine out of ten Premium customers pass their official exam, and we regret that we missed the mark in your case. It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public; they are kept secret and are randomly generated from a huge question bank. So there's really no way to know which ones each applicant is going to get specifically and that is why it is so important to complete ALL practice tests. I checked our system and noticed that you have only successfully completed 5 tests in the last 30 days out of all the practice tests we offer. Thank you for your feedback, Victoria. We are sorry to hear that you found our logging in process to be deterring. Just to clarify though - we actually keep everyone signed in after the purchase so that there is no need to log out and log back in every time you come to practice, but depending on your browser settings, your session may time out. If your browser logs you out and you do not want to use the sign in link or if you are practicing on a new device, please log in by simply entering the email and the password you used when upgrading into the sign in form. I have just sent you a separate email with log in instructions. To answer your second question - we do offer NCLEX-RN Practice Test genie app. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected] if you have any other questions about the app or in general.
