Dear Numerade, You jackwagons waited until 5:10 TODAY to process this, after the banks had closed, mind you I tried to cancel over 16 hours before that. Bunch of scamming Troglodytes, good thing I already called the bank because I suspected exactly this would happen. Your website claims to give people answers but I just wanted to learn how to solve the problems. I couldn't even do that because the videos are so bad, I would rather pay 12.99 a month to have every single one of the hairs below my waist ripped off by a drunken Irish dude one at a time. Oftentimes the writing isn't even legible, those poor numbers look like they've been taken out back and beaten over the head with heavy mining equipment before they were recorded, like come on man how hard is it to draw numbers correctly!? Maybe if you put the slightest bit of effort into your website the questions would match up with the videos and you could actually teach me to SOLVE these problems. The instructor couldn't solve a basic astronomy problem and just kept getting confused. If you try to cancel, they say you won't be charged anymore but continue to charge you. They don't let you delete your account and make it very inconvenient to end your subscription. If they have any integrity, hopefully they'll find something better to do with their time than ripping off broke college kids. They are the epitome of everything wrong with the internet. Khan Academy is free and way more helpful than anything they have to offer.

Have tried to cancel multiple times. Each time they say my subscription is set to be cancelled, and I don’t hear back. I am still receiving charges, and they will not let you remove payment information.

Horrible--deserves 0 stars. A complete scam and not helpful at all. Any five star review is definitely someone that works for them because anyone with a brain would never give them that much.

Impossible to cancel! Do not sign up! I had to get the bank to block them taking further money.

They will keep ignoring any request you make to cancel their low-quality tutoring subscription. Once you're in, there is no way out (except when you involve your bank and go through the hustle of chargebacks).

SCAM! they make it almost impossible for you to cancel your subscription. You send an email requesting cancelation, then, they reply asking you to verify you want to cancel; after doing so, they send YET ANOTHER email asking you to send the email you used to sign-up. Bear in mind, there are ALREADY 3 EMAILS and your account is still not canceled. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
