Very useless company especially when it comes to customer service only one human reply the rest are automated messages which don’t help with what you requested. Have to go through hoops to get directly through to someone. Was also charged the full yearly fee of 111.35 in the space of a week after the website said 9.99 per month. I spoke the customer service and the woman tried to tell me it was my fault after many others were saying the same thing. They don’t even have a direct number to call which is fishy. They also don’t offer any refunds even if it was there mistake. Don’t do free trial on numerade or Coursehero as there all the same. The answers are particularly written so they don’t actually help with the assignment

Do not trust giving your card information to these scammers. Even if you cancel your subscription, you will end up paying their annual fee which is $120. This website shouldn't even be able to exist, since it steals your money and gives you wrong answers. It is VERY sketchy.

Absolutely dogpiss scam company. They charged me before my free trial ended and didn't refund my money. After I canceled my subscription, I thought I would still be able to use the site for a month since I ALREADY FU**ING PAID and couldn't get my money back, but no. I can't even use the service I paid for. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! They will do anything for money. They don't care about user experience/satisfaction. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Terrible experience, they said the problems was solved but when I started my subscription none of them was solved at all! All they provideded was a useless video with Terrible Quality that they said was a "similar" problem which it was not. So now my card has been charged for the subscription and I got zero out of this.....

Bunch of scammers. Do not give your credit card details. I had subscribed to the free version and they have charged me an annual subscription of 109usd without my knowledge. Even if you cancel immediately, they will not refund your money. Be very careful.

If a company focuses on providing a genuine quality service, then paying for it is acceptable. The supposed answers by experts are in most cases copies from an answer manual that can be obtained elsewhere, "explained" by individuals who often apparently don't know more on the subject matter than you (the student). Their services are useless unless you agree to subscribe, and essentially give them full power to take your money at the end of your free trial period. Contact is difficult to establish and in my case I could not cancel my subscription through Paypal until the end of my trial which is conveniently also according to their refund policy too late for a refund. I have dealt with other legit companies before, dealing with discrepancies surrounding subscriptions, almost all of which were happy to provide a flexible solution. It may only be 12 Dollars lost but it's the feeling of getting screwed that counts.

Numerade offered a 1 month free trial period if you cancel in time before they bill you. Since I did not trust them due to all the other poor reviews of it being a scam I cancelled it at once in a way that Numerade can not detect. According to the contract I signed with Numerade they would first start to bill me the 29th of July, which would mean they would detect that I had cancelled the subscription only then. However they have cancelled my trial period already which means they actually tried to bill me much earlier than that. I agree with other reviews, absolute scammers.
