Cancelled my subscription before my free trial end but have been charged months later. They claim I took out a further subscription but I received no emails telling me this. How can a contract be in place with no written agreement supplied? Furthermore the only email I did receive explicitly stated my card would not be charged. They refuse to respond to my emails so I will now have to take further action to get my money back and to make a formal complaint. Avoid this company at all costs. Edit: Their response below is pathetic. All they do is confirm what I’ve already said myself but don’t explain why they’ve ignored several emails, and also don’t explain why I received no email to confirm I’d supposedly taken out a new subscription. They also claim to have provided “documentation” which is a complete lie. The amount of reviews here speak for themselves. Avoid these scam artists!

However, as soon as customers provide their payment details during the trial, money is deducted from their accounts. This approach is not aligned with the transparency and fairness that customers expect during a trial period. I kindly urge Numerade to reconsider this practice and ensure that customers are not charged until the trial period expires. BEWARE!!!!! Horrible experience so do not even sign up for the free trial. I swear I cancelled and they charged me twice I never even used it after the free trial they can see I didn't log in to use it and I got charged for two months before I even noticed. Customer service doesn't care at all and WILL NOT refund you. Do not bother with this website or the free trial!!!!!

Awful experience. I emailed support before my trial expired to ask how I could cancel as none of my questions were answered. I didn’t receive a response until a couple of days later to tell me how to cancel it. I then asked for a refund and the response was so rude. No receipt received either. They don’t respond to your questions so why would I want to pay for a service that they don’t deliver.
