Worked great for me! I bought a number that I liked, and I ported it to the Mint cell service on my new Pixel phone. I felt like I just barely knew what I was doing and I was worried something would go wrong, but it went really smoothly and happened much faster than I expected. I like that the website is very clear about what to expect, has info on landline vs cell line, etc... it didn't seem like they were hiding anything. I would definitely use again!!

Overall it is the worst customer service I have encountered. I lost my phone and need my phone number for account verification. As present, I am unable to get a sim to reactivate my t mobile account and my cell does not have esim capability. I requested to port my number to numberbarn and for some strange reason my request was cancelled. I contacted numberbarn thru their support (which is email) and each time I was told a person would contact me in 24 hours to give me status and a solution. I sent 4 or 5 request to support and only rec'd a standard reply that numberbarn support would get back to me in 24 hours --never happened. If all goes thru with out a problem, no issues with numberbarn. But a company is mainly judged on how they handle problems. With that being said, I would not use numberbarn. I will cancel my request and go else where

It was pretty straightforward. I wish they would add more filters to make the search faster though.

Helpful support team, lowest cost to buy & park numbers. easy to port out/in. no additional costs for porting.

So far it’s been great. Matthew has went above and beyond to help me start the process and navigate even if it meant me obtaining a number that they could not get going through another carrier. He was so on top of it that I am probably going to get a number from them. Customer service has been great.

I'm not tech savvy at all but read and followed the very simple instructions and bam!!! Got 'er done.

I tried really hard to sign up with a competitor at first, that ends with xxxx.ms But they were so complicated, rude and asked for lot of information. When I found Numberbarn, everything just flowed naturally, just as I wanted. Easy setup, easy instructions, customer service reached out when they needed my attention on things. Numberbarn will be my go to for porting numbers and virtual numbers now.

Awesome customer service, unbeatable prices, unbelievable that it offers this whole, full cell phone convenient kit at a fraction of the price than the cheapest Canadian prepaud card plans. Plus you can just use it to stach an old phone number that you like Or even sell it to the highest bidder Cool stuff Thx again to the team at customer service for their attentive will to help by any means.
