Hi YG, thank you for your review. I was able to spend some time reviewing your ticket and interacting with you and working to resolve this misunderstanding. From our perspective, you signed up for service and began using our call forwarding service in a way that exceeded the scope of our terms of service. It was a high volume of concurrent calls in a short period of time. When you contacted support, our frontline team said that it might take 2 days to receive a response. A member of our team responded to you within 3 hours but by that time you had already initiated a port to another service provider. Your number actually ported away in approximately 6 hours. We could have worked with you to fix the issue with calling but you had already left NumberBarn at that point. As such, we didn't make any further attempts to resolve the issues with your calling. In the end, we refunded all fees you paid to use our monthly service. The only fee you paid for was the set up fee for the number which you are successfully using with another phone service provider. It seems that your biggest issue with our service was that you were unable to call our support team on the phone. It is true that we don't have an inbound support phone number but a member of our team did communicate by live chat and email and you received a response from Tier2 within 3 hours. I'm very sorry that there wasn't a more satisfactory resolution to this situation and wish you all the best with your new service provider.

Hi Moshe, we really do our best to help our customers port quickly but still tell customers it could be 7-10 business days. Your port was particularly challenging, requiring that we interact with multiple different companies to complete it. Thank you for your patience and communication throughout the process as our porting team worked to get this done.
