First, their products are great. Very happy with the turnaround time and shipping. Had a minor issue with the membership and they resolved the issue very very quickly. Customer service was quick and friendly.

I purchased $95 worth of NuLeaf CBD:CBN products to help with sleep issues. They were gummies and tincture. The products aren't working for me and I hoped that Customer Service would be helpful in suggesting something else and offering to send me replacements for the unused items. Their response was basically "touch luck" we don't accept returns and we don't care about making you happy. I have purchased from several CBD companies in the last few years, and if I ever had interaction with their CS, it was always 'how can we correct the situation'. NuLeaf does not care to retain you as a customer, they don't care if you're satisfied with results from their products and they won't spend any time or effort towards customer satisfaction. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from them!! UPDATE: Customer service resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

In addition to great customer service, the products are consistent and good quality. Pricing is fair and more than competitive. I’ve tried half a dozen providers and landed here. Plan to stay. Great company. 👍
