I found Customer Service to be very proactive and helpful as well as extraordinarily polite. The Oceana watch is beautiful and to send instructions on how to take a link out and work a butterfly clasp was appreciated!

I wanted a smart waterproof watch for the summer so bought the Oceana watch after seeing lots of adverts on my instagram. I’m really impressed! It’s exactly what I was after and is definitely waterproof. It arrived quickly too. My only advice would be if you’re a bit cackhanded like me then don’t bother with the kit to remove links and just get it done by a professional instead!

Excellent customer service. An item didn't suit me and I wanted to return it and select something else- I got a response straight away that I could keep it AND I had a refund! My daughter was thrilled to be the recipient of a new pair of sunglasses and I got a different pair!
