I love my watch! I will buy one in another color as soon as they are re-stocked!

I think the watch is cheaply made. I also thought the face was going to be bigger. It’s super hard to clasp and I reached out to return and they said take a video. Are you kidding me? I didn’t send it back too much trouble making a video. Don’t know how to change the date. Brand won’t last because it feels cheap.

Shipping was prompt, easy. Product was well protected because the cardboard box was slightly damaged. I love the watch and bracelet. Keeps time.

What made my experience great, my first order was taken from my mailbox. I never received it. I reached out to Nuamore via email within 24 hours I got a response with pictures showing it was left in my mailbox. However, I explained my issue and Nuamore sent a replacement. I received my new watch and I can’t believe the quality! I love love love my new watch. Such a beautiful piece. I ordered the gold plated watch with the green face. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s such beautiful craftsmanship, every detail so nicely done. Oh need to mention the packaging is just as beautiful as the watch. For the price totally worth it!!
