This is my first experience with Nuamore. I purchased a watch and bracelets. The quality of packaging was amazing. I emailed the customer service about a question I had with my watch. They were very timely with their reply. Katrina was polite and helpful with her response. I am very pleased with my items and so impressed with the customer service.

I had seen ads and posts on Instagram for the Nuamore watch and decided to purchase. I had gotten a little tired of my AppleWatch and wanted something new. This looked like exactly what I was looking for - simple, classic, elegant. It arrived in a couple weeks (the color I wanted was backordered), and I was excited to discover it looked exactly as I had pictured from the ads on Instagram. Even the first weekend I wore it I received several compliments and questions about what kind of watch it is. I also love how comfortable and light weight it feels on your wrist. Nuamore's customer support team was also absolutely fantastic in answering all of my questions. They are so fast and helpful. I really couldn't be happier!

I have no words for how incredible and professional Nuamore have been. Had some hiccups with my beautiful watch that have been handled with prompt, kind and courteous aftercare. They truly care about their customers and want them to be satisfied with their purchase and I cannot fault them at all. Thank you so much.

Nuamore is a scam. Do not buy from them. They do not pay their workers either.
