Hi Christopher, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and would like to clarify what happened regarding your order. In this case, the order was placed and shortly after we received a cancellation request. At that point, the order had already been processed and shipped from our warehouse, which is why it could no longer be cancelled. Once an order has been dispatched, it is physically in transit with the carrier and cannot be stopped or reversed. We completely understand that plans can change, and this is why we clearly offer the option to return items once they are received within our return window. We also want to clarify that we always aim to support our customers as quickly as possible, and in this case the cancellation request came in after fulfilment had already begun.
