Amazing quality, 100% better than what you see on other brands
I have never experienced something like this, when i saw the watches and jewlerys on site, i tought " yea, sure! another store selling watches " but as soon as arrived the quality, the looks and the colors are perfectly. If i would ever think to buy a jewlery for someone, i would definetly come to Nuamore.

This company is fake
This company is fake. The watch quality is awful . You cannot change the size of the strap. They delivered it very late and then would not accept my return. Avoid. They are scamming people.

When you first reached out, our team asked for a few clear photos of the watch to review the condition, and once we received those, we followed up personally, our team manager even tried calling you directly to talk through the issue and make sure everything was properly understood.
After reviewing everything, we also reached out on Instagram with instructions on how to adjust the strap using the included resizing tool, since this is something that can usually be done at home in just a couple of minutes. Alongside that, we offered a free return and exchange, so you could get a different size or style that felt right for you at no cost.

Stylish watch but face is smaller than ad makes it seem
Watch came quickly. Watch is lovely but images & advertisements make the face look bigger than it is. The watch should automatically include the sizing kit instead of having to buy it. I would like to see a watch with a larger face. Is the watch pretty absolutely. Stylish & function all good I just feel a bit misled. I have bought three as they are great watches but every time I see an ad I still get aggravated.

I received a quick response when I queried why my watches had not been sent but it would have been more helpful to have known there was a backlog/delay in shipping watches before my purchase. I will be away for a few weeks and will have to make arrangements if my package is going to be delivered in my absence so not ideal!

Complete scam
Complete scam. Ordered a watch and it is shockingly poor quality. Immediately initiated a return according to their 14 day "hassle free" return policy. They rejected the return claiming the watch was not in its original condition, demanded multiple photos over the course of a week, and claimed the protective watch face covering had been removed, despite my photo clearly showing it in tact. Seems like a well-run deceptive practice that relies on fake reviews and heavy internet marketing to make sales and deny refunds.

After seeing Nuamore's response below, I'd like to add that their response is complete damage control. I absolutely got an email with this exact text:
"Your return request R2026082422123297663 for #132575 has been rejected. Rejected reason: The watch is no longer in it's original condition. We are unable to accept the request according to our return policy."
I communicated with them to refute this many times over the course of a week and they kept giving me the run around, demanding more pictures, and moving the goal post on my return. Stating a plastic cover on the watch face had been removed when the picture clearly shows it was in tact. After I proved the plastic cover was in tact on the watch face, they THEN claimed there should be plastic protection over the entire watch. It wasn't until I wrote this review and filed a fraud report with the US Federal Trade Commission that they offered to honor their return policy. Worst experience with an online order ever.

When your return request came in, our team followed our standard process for every return: confirming the item's condition through a few clear photos before approving it. This isn't unique to your order, it's the same step applied consistently across all returns, and it exists so items can be resold as new once they come back to us.
During this review, our team noted that the protective covering on the watch appeared to be missing based on the photo provided, and asked for clarification. We understand this felt frustrating, especially after already sending a photo, but at no point was your return declined or denied.
Once we learned about your travel schedule and the approaching 14-day window, we made the decision to waive that window entirely, so your return would remain valid regardless of when you're able to ship the watch back. Your return is approved, and a label will be sent as soon as you confirm you're home, exactly as outlined in our email correspondence.
Once the watch is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in line with our return policy.
We take every return seriously and aim to be consistent and fair with all our customers, and we're glad to see this resolved once the item is back with us.
