I had a change of view and wanted to update this review
I have to say I contacted this college in September. It took over a month for anyone to handle any of the proper professional protocol. I was continuously told that my transcripts had not arrived! Come to find out they had been there for over a month after continuously telling them that I have a receipt stating that they did receive them in September ,then last week my advisor asked me am I available to start on Monday? I’m thinking everything’s good to go since I waited an entire month. Signed enrollment paperwork and said someone would contact me to enroll me. I have messaged everyone, and nobody ever responds. I was supposed to start Monday I don’t know if I go to school here or not because I don’t even have anybody to tell me what the heck is going on at this school. Definitely feel discouraged and definitely feel the need to file a formal complaint with the board of education or whoever I have to because this is very unprofessional. It’s been two days now, but I was supposed to be attending classes and enrollment specialist has done none of her part or no one has even explained anything to me about my financial aid and financial aid paperwork has been there for a month. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced and I have been in three colleges. I’ve never seen such a huge lack of professionalism or follow through! But I guarantee that bill would be due! Wondering what Excuse my advisor will for me tomorrow. Who told me that he personally had somebody watching over? Lies!! Do not enroll here if you are looking for professionalism if the relationship starts off bad whether it is a person or a school or a company that is exactly who they show you they are through the entire relationship! Planning on dis-enrolling myself tomorrow. I would like to update this review, although there were some challenges with getting enrolled. Those issues have been resolved and now I will give you a review now that I have been in the class for two weeks. I am very, very happy now I happen to love how you’re not overwhelmed with 12 units in a semester, you get one class and you’re able to focus on that one class it is quite different compared to a typical college. I actually think this format of how national university runs their courses to me. Seems like it would be a Perfect way to be successful! Within this place of learning, everything seems to be mapped out for you. The rest is up to you to go and get it! But they make that even easier for you to do. I have Attended community college and a university college national University’s format for their bachelors program or masters program, Makes it almost impossible, Not to succeed! The way it is set up. You are still able to do school. Take care of home and work.
