I have left many messages for my financial aid office and my advisor and they never got back to me ! I had to call until someone answered and every time I got a different answer but, never got a response back when I would call them again! I would never refer anyone to your school !

You are doing everything wrong and never help students. Very neglectful. Too expensive and not there for the students. Nothing good to Say especially the credentials department and advising.

Every experience across all areas (financial aide, registrar, advisors, etc.) have made errors in some way and are impossible to get ahold of to fix. I have to continually call/email to follow up on items they made the errors on for help.

Omega is the most disappointing counselor I have had in any school for any level of education. I decided to come back to complete my Masters/ Credential and she told me I needed a petition. I was told this would take 4-6 weeks to complete, so I wrote in my statement and I waited. This all started at the beginning of August after having a lot of communication in July. After 7 weeks, I tried reaching out to her via phone and email with no response. Again after 8, then again at 9. No communication or response from her. I finally get ahold of someone else and it turns out I didn't even need to petition my classes, so I wasted almost three months between July and the first week of October waiting for her to respond to me with next steps. What an absolute disappointment, and she still has not had the respect or courtesy to call me back. I FINALLY have another counselor after asking several times and so far, the experience has been better. But why is Omega a supervisor? Why is she a counselor at all? She is not fit for this job and I am so sad for anyone that has to deal with her.

This school is a scam and takes your money. Enroll somewhere else

I enrolled in their Special Education program but stopped after everything was shut down due to the pandemic. It was about a year and a half before I could afford to go back. That is when I found out their Special Education program was discontinued. The advisor emailed me a site to view online schools and wished me the best. I contacted the department head, the person I interviewed with to gain acceptance. His response was basically, we ended that program. I was close to finishing and now the college that offers the same licensure program has not accepted their credits as transfer credits. I am in the process of challenging their courses now. Maybe this is an isolated incident, but dealing with them was a horrible experience.

National University failed me in every important respect - it left me with student debt I am unable to pay and no degree to show for the time and thousands of dollars I owe. In my experience, they are good at appearing professional and academic but don't come close to living up to the promise. I have saved correspondence between myself, National University, and the CTC between 2020-21 that documents National's repeated failures to guide me through the Teacher Credentialing process, and repeatedly providing me with inept counseling and incorrect information. I have saved these and other letters in preparation of defaulting on my Student Loans.

I have been attending national University for the last 3 years , it has been very challenging , Everytime I call for an advisor I get a different person who really don't know what they are talking about or have limited information on how to advise the students
