This is the BEST way to buy a car! This is the BEST way to buy a car! We did a factory order of a Kia Telluride through NowCar and it was the easiest car-buying process imaginable. We were able to order the exact car we wanted without having to pay the $5000 "market adjustment" that all the local San Diego dealers were charging. The car actually arrived sooner than expected. The entire process was done from home without ever having to talk to a salesperson. There was none of the dreaded haggling, upselling or dealership add-ons of accessories that we don't want. Since we had already test-driven the Telluride locally, we knew exactly which features to order. So the online purchase took just minutes. A notary came to our home to complete the documents, which took 15 minutes. A week later, the car was delivered to our home! Our customer service rep, Nathaly, was extremely helpful by promptly answering all of our questions by email. When the car was built, she sent us the VIN. When it arrived at NowCar, she sent lots of photos! Then they loaded it on a truck and shipped it from FL to CA with no added delivery fee! Nathaly was great to work with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend buying a car this way!!!

I have to admit, at first I was skeptical of using NOWCAR to buy my Kia Telluride. But I am so glad I did! Service was top notch from start to finish. They always answered my emails promptly and kept me in the loop along the entire process. I would highly and without any hesitation recommend them to anyone.

A few months back, I began a quest to purchase a new truck. Having helped my family members buy new cars over the years, I am not a fan of dealerships. Most dealers make the buying process very painful and confusing. Still, I visited local dealers to get a truck. The best price I could get was to finance a vehicle through the manufacturer's finance company. In fact, that dealer wanted more for the truck if I paid cash. THEN, I FOUND NOWCAR.COM! The website is easy to navigate. However, one will probably not see all the vehicle options as one would on a manufacturer's site. BUT............WOW............THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! The only disappointment in my transaction was discovering the distribution network is a cluster of dealerships. To finalize the deal, I (and probably any NowCar customer) must work with a dealer. This was not necessarily fun. It all worked well in the end. From the start, I was terrified to send thousands in cash. For readers of this review, you can eliminate that concern. NowCar and their associates can be trusted with the money. Don't be afraid to make your deposit. NowCar quoted a price and the final settlement resulted in an OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL NOWCAR QUOTE. I was able to save a bit on Taxes and Registration by transferring plates from a vehicle I sold. There were hiccups in this transaction. I expected hiccups. In summary, one will be pressed to buy a new vehicle anywhere else at a better price. The vehicle will be delivered on a giant vehicle transport trailer. Your neighborhood may not accommodate this huge truck and trailer. If you are thinking about a new vehicle, NowCar is a great choice. The price they show you is the price you will pay.

Totally seamless buying experience. A human was available when needed but I was able to navigate the process very easily. No games, no tricks. We had some issues with my temp tag flying off due to bad weather and the team worked overtime to help me replace it. Great sales and customer service team. I am ecstatic to have used them.

bait and switch.. typical loan shark car people ... Not trustworthy you're better off going to a reputable car dealership at least you know what you're going to get. beware of this company

Started shopping for a new car and tried the usual approaches. Then came upon NowCar and was blown away with their price! While they are very new, the support team was fabulous. They were responsive, transparent, and extremely flexible. Between the time I started looking and when I bought the car, I moved from FL to VT and they stuck with me. Even delivered the car on a truck to me, got me the VT license plates, and have kept their word on all matters. Highly recommend for your next car purchase.

Firstly they delivered the wrong car and that was just the beginning. Couldn't get hold of anyone to help for half and hour and while waiting for them to call us back found out that the navigation system had not been installed, the matts we ordered weren't in the car and that the car had small chips on it. We decided that we could live with the wrong interior, and they promised to rectify the other issues within a week. It is a month later and we installed the navigation system ourselves with the help of the dealership they had contact us after a day which was great. However, the matts have only arrived today after a month and many phone calls and we haven't received the paint stick to patch the small chips. Not holding our breath. Their customer service is really bad after the car is delivered, I would rather pay a bit more and have a dealer who is accountable as these guys take no accountability once they have your money.
