I just received my brand new Kia Rio yesterday and I am so very happy with both the car and how simple this process was. I can’t attest to what normal dealership experiences are like as this is my first car buying experience, but the idea of going to multiple dealerships and then having to haggle with the salesman for the price was not appealing at all to me. That’s why NowCar was the perfect option for me! They have multiple ways to search for the car you want, depending on how good of an idea you already have of what you are looking for. You can search directly by make and model if you know exactly what you want or you can do a general search by body type and features you want included. Then, you are able to look at the financing options and see what you would pay monthly, unless you want to pay outright which is also an available option. The next step is putting down a $500 deposit once you know which car you want and what options you want to proceed with. You will get it back later and for me, it never actually charged my card. There was just a temporary hold for that amount that was pending and then disappeared. Then you will be assigned an agent that will walk you through the rest of the process, mine was Nathaly. She was really great and answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) in a really friendly and enthusiastic manner. She was very patient in explaining what all of the steps would be and how any information I gave them would be used. Your agent will search all of NowCar’s partners to find a car with the exact configuration you put in for your dream car. If they can’t find it, they will offer similar ones (usually just a different color) that would be immediately available or they will offer to do a factory order for you. They will then contact the dealership that has your car and secure both the vehicle and financing for you. I actually got better financing when they spoke to the dealer than what was originally expected on the order page. Once that is secure, they will send a notary to your house to witness you signing all of the necessary paperwork. When they get the paperwork back your down payment, and proof of insurance, your car can be shipped directly to your door! Mine came all the way to Arizona from Florida! My entire experience with them was completed through email with the exception of the notary. Over 50 emails and just under 2 weeks later, I have my own Rio in the color that I wanted with the technology package that I was looking for. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely professional and gave me the impression that they were just as committed and excited about the car as I was. For anyone worried that this is a scam, I do understand. I saw the reviews and they all mentioned the same agent and I was worried when I was assigned the same one. But this is the real deal and Nathaly deserves all of the praise the reviews give her. This may be my only car buying experience but it’s been a great one and I know I’ll be buying any future cars through NowCar too!

Received great service from Nathaly at NowCar. There were some issues due to factory shutdowns during the pandemic and she was very patient and helpful letting me know my options and helping me select a different vehicle. I love that there is no pressure like when going to an in-person dealership, made buying a new car a lot less stressful.

I must Nathaly is an angel sent from heaven. Despite what our nation was going through she helped me find my dream sports car! Not only did she make the process easy. Everything done online! But when I needed questions answered even at 10pm she was there to answer them. I drove 8 hours from Georgia to Miami Lakes because of her! Thanks again for all of your help. Nathaly , the sales rep that handled this sales was beyond what a rep should have done . she spoke with me as if she was standing besides me . And talk me threw the whole process . made me feel welcome , and made the process a smooth and gental as could be done for an on line purchase . till the end when i received the car . And still worked with me as per the temp registraton . If there were a Rep of the years for this process . I would think all the people she has worked with would vote her in . All on line Car Companies should be so lucky to have such a well trained caring person . i could go on but there is no need . She is a winner and Now Car has her a there rep and they are lucky.

Easy purchase, no pressure. I tried two dealerships with a trade-in (2013 Dodge Dart/81000 miles/avg. cond.). I got my 2020 Kia Soul EX cheaper from Nowcar than the quotes from two dealers and I get to keep my Dart. Price given is what is paid. No delivery, no dealer fees,GAP insur., etc.,etc.,etc.) It does take longer but then they do deliver to your door (for free). They did offer me same car just different color that I could have had right away but I wanted my color (and there was no pushing to get me to take it, just offered if I didn't want to wait the 1 - 2 weeks for my order.

NowCar was a very good option for us to order a vehicle. In addition to the convenience of having the car shipped to our home, we also received a better vale and were able to purchase the exact vehicle model and specifications that we wanted. I very much preferred the experience to a dealership.

My husband and I ordered a Tellrude back in December because the cars are in such high demand. We had previously been to about 5 dealers looking and had AWFUL experiences at every single one. I even cried at the last one. Then we found NowCar. I must say I was skeptical to order a car strictly online with NowCar. Throughout the whole process I was waiting for something bad to happen.
