Ordine effettuato il 20/01/2023, pagato con supplemento per la consegna rapida da 1 a 2 giorni. Ad oggi (31/01/2023) ancora nessuna notizia del mio pacco, sul sito della UPS nessuna informazione di monitoraggio. Avevo già acquistato questo marchi, tramite la piattaforma di Amazon e nessun problema, volevo dare fiducia al sito ufficiale, ma come non detto... Non hanno rispettato i tempi della spedizione.

Hago un pedido de unos focos, al día siguiente me dicen que nohay y que me devuelven el dinero. No solo me fastidia que no haya stock y no lo diga la web que además me cobran 63 euros por el envío rápido y me devuelven 56 euros. No volveré a comprar sus productos

Still have not recieved my item. It's been double the length of time it stated it would take and still no delivery. Support has not been helpful either.
