NOVICAReviews of novica.com

I was so very happy to have found this company Novica through a friend in Facebook. I ordered the Quitapena Love Cotton Wreath and was jumping with joy when I got it. It was so beautiful and nicely made that my daughter loved it for Mother’s Day present. The worry dolls were so exquisite!!! I want to thank Lucia which was the artisan that made it. I immediately went to order another one for my sister that fell in love with it. I will keep ordering from Novica cause it came super fast and the product is amazing!!!!! Thank you NOVICA!!!

My purchase was quite an experience. At first I was concerned bc the arrival time was more than 2 weeks. I reached out to Novica. Same day I received a response and support to track the package and was given an arrival date about a week more. The following day I received a tracking notice stating my package would arrive the following day & IT DID! The packaging is like nothing I have seen before- how meticulously presented. I appreciated the Alpaca postcard, the artist's note, and the materials it arrived in-- even the invoice was thoroughly descriptive - no searching for ANY info on a website- for return instructions or customer care. All materials were biodegradable & truly for recycle. Very professional. I can see the care. Oh, and of course the Obsidian Ring! So elegant & hip!! I am very excited about my next purchase (adventure). PypParrilla

The 3 outfits I bought from Novia are gorgeous! The quality of the fabric is exquisite. I love the dresses and LOVE wearing them. The package is packed so nicely also. It was really nice opening it. I will be ordering more clothing from this company.

Very pleased with the ring I ordered. Looks and feels like good quality, plus very fast shipping!

received my order of 6 blue rim handmade glass classic drinking glasses (Mexico) in a timely manner and couldn't be happier! Thanks Debora at Novica Mexico!!

I received my earrings today and was blown away. They are the most intricate, gorgeous earrings I ever bought. The packaging was perfect with each pair in a pretty cloth bag along with the artist's bio. They have a liberal return policy although I can't imagine they get many returns, if any. As soon as I'm done writing this, I'm going to buy some more jewelry. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.

I've purchased 9 items from NOVICA (so far) and I couldn't be more pleased! All the items were as shown and packed perfectly, with artists bio and gift wrapping. I'm so glad I found NOVICA. A perfect place to buy that unique gift (masks are my weakness and NOVICA has a fantastic inventory). The prices are more than fair and I love reading the artist's stories. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!!!!!

I love to buy in NOVICA. I get the catalog and go crazy because they have the most beautiful things one can imagine. The site is really easy to be navigate. And the best part is the buyers are helping artisans of the whole world. My husband is giving some presents for Christmas from NOVICA and I'm delighted!!!
