Returned my call same day. Answered all my questions. Very helpful and pleasant experience overall.

Quick delivery and exactly the product I needed.

Very quick shipping and excellent communication throughout the process. Properly packaged which avoided damage to the sealer/containers. If the product quality matches the service I am excited to see the results.

Easy to order. Timely delivery.

I have been using Penofin Architectural Grade Natural Oil on our Sapele Carriage Doors, I built and Shakertown panels. I decide to try Nova EXO Shield on the new Western Red Cedar components, re-coat the Carriage Doors and Shakertown Panels. I found the Nova Product much easier to apply and I only applied one coat. The coloring is more to my satisfaction and the application was a lot more flexible. Looks great. I'll compare the performance in a year to see how it holds up compared to Penofin. My project is in Southeast Alaska and exposed to 166 inches of rain. Ask me in a year and we will compare. So far thumbs up.

The product itself is great, bought a sample and it was what I was looking for, so I bought a gallon for the deck project I got going on. But here's why they are a five star company, FedEx has had some issues with their tracking for my shipment, I received my shipment with no problem, but Nova never got the receipt that I got the stain. So they called me simply to verify I received the product. I can count on one hand for the last 7 years a company I bought something online from took the time and initiative to ensure customer service. You pay for what you get with this company and it's worth it.

Very good tech support and service , product works as expected. Be sure to follow directions ! Careful with those piles of wiping rags !

The product arrived very promptly after the order was placed. I read some of the previous reviews about product and coverage area so I decided one quart would work for me. I brushed it on my trailer deck and it went on very easy and a small amount goes a long way. It covered the whole deck with some left over. Looks great. Thanks for a great product.
