I contacted Nova with photos of my deck which was finished with Nova deck stain two years ago. The agent was helpful. I called later during the staining process and sent him photos of the deck while in the middle of the staining process because I was not satisfied with the way the deck was turning out. I understand that my photos were perhaps not the besy and that the agent or Nova are, in no way, responsible for the way the project turned out, I must say that I feel Nova support was a bit lacking at a critical point in the process of staining my deck with the Nova product.

My order was checked multiple times and through multiple people; delivery and quality control were actively inquired about. Your thoroughness in customer service is very appreciated!

This is the first time I've tried tung oil- I have used Australian oil in the past and found that to be very good but a carpenter friend suggested I try this. It goes down very easily, it's thin and runny. This went onto a screen-porch floor, fir. First coat dried out quickly, maybe three days for light foot traffic, because of the absorbancy of the wood. Guidelines say it's a one-coat product but a second coat was necessary; five days on and it's still tacky so I'm thinking at least a week before we can go in there (can says product requires 30 days to fully harden). That's not a complaint- it looks great and I have faith that it will do the job!

Everything about Nova is excellent. From the shopping experience, the documentation, instructions delivered all along the way, superb product packaging. Then comes the product itself, marvelous. Forget Lowes, Home Depot and Ace. By this.
