I had to call 5-6 days after my order to inquire when I would receive it. They apologized it had not been shipped yet but shipped it the next day and I received it 2 days later.

The apitong oil went on like any other stain. I powerwashed my trailer first, so that really made the boards take in the stain. Coverage was less than advertised, but I kept backbrushing too in order to ensure it was fully absorbing. Staining the underside of the trailer was a pain, so be prepared to get messy. The end product looks great though.

Went on good but surely didn't cover what it was supposed to. Should of had enough for 2 coats easily but didn't. It's a brand new 2024 8.5 x 20 foot trailer floor never had any equipment on it.

It seems like a great product. Goes on evenly. Good coverage. Lonely collar. Does dry a little lighter than it goes on. I bought walnut and could actually use one shade darker. I'm using it on a porch railing. Our porch is very large. I'm over halfway through the bucket and until that I'm going to need at least two more buckets. So it's going to end up costing more than I initially realized. I only just started using the product so I cannot comment as to it's endurance and what it will look like after exposed to the summer sun all season. I chose this product because if it's UV protectors. Only replacing the railing because the old railing was so damaged by the our son and to a lesser degree moisture..

The natural stain looks fabulous on red cedar. It was just applied so, time will tell on the durability. I have high expectations. I was a little disappointed in the shipping process. I placed the order on 2/19/24 and had to request a status update 2/21/24. Kim jumped on it and got it shipped and delivered by 2/23/24. If it had shipped smoothly, this would have been 5 stars. Without Kim's assistance, it would have been 3 stars or worse.

The company is very professional and the products are outstanding. I’m disappointed that they charged me for shipping when I went and picked up the product, though.

First - Customer service and delivery time is excellent. Second - The Exoshield tung oil covers very nice. Third - The reason for my only giving 4 stars is the durability. Instructions say it should last a couple of years between treatments. For the price of this product and having to redo every year I could buy a product for half the cost. I installed expensive Tigerwood so I went with the expensive Exoshield to protect. This is my third application. If this does not hold up better this time then I will probably try another product next season.

It was nice to have tung oil, but it has not protected the wood as we had hoped! It’s failed in the sun! Not sure what we are going to put on deck this spring?? The date is a guess. Would have to find receipt. This was our second coat!
