I have tried to cancel multiple times
I have tried to cancel multiple times, even corresponding with an actual person, but NovaMane keeps attempting to charge my card, fraudulently. They did not provide the promised refund. My credit card issuer has refunded me through charge backs, and has blocked this merchant, but they still keep trying to charge me. Attempting to e-mail them again show an undeliverable address (despite the e-mail instructing me to reply). Pure fraud and a scam.

SCAM - AVOID The product doesn't really work, you dont go from thinning to full hair in 6 months. BUT - Here's the scam. It is not "risk free" with a money back guarantee. The issue is they say results show from months 4 to 6. The largest quantity you can order? 4 months only. So you have to get a second batch to "see results". HOWEVER - the 180 day money back guarantee STOPS if you buy a second order!!! It is purposefully misleading you into thinking you can try this for 6 months risk free, but you can't! You take full risk of the first batch for 4 months where they say you may not see results yet, trick you into a second batch, and refuse to honour the 180 day money back "guarantee". If there product was genuine why would they need to truck you like this? Why not just have an honest and open 6 month guarantee? In short - made little difference to hair line, did not honour 180 day guarantee. Scam to worm out of refunds for unreliable product.

Wilbeth’s service in my time of need…
Wilbeth’s service in my time of need and stress went above and beyond and I appreciated everything done. The difference for me was significant and at sometime in the future I will come back to NoveMane, specifically because of the caring attitude expressed. I also love their products.

Wilbeth’s support was genuinely excellent - prompt, proactive and personal. She cancelled my subscription immediately, noticed that my latest order had already entered the shipping process, and contacted the fulfilment team to intercept it. She then followed up to confirm that the shipment had been stopped and a full refund was being processed. I really appreciated how clearly she communicated each step and kept me updated without me needing to follow up. The whole issue was resolved quickly and with far more care than I expected. Thank you, Wilbeth, for making the experience so easy and stress-free!

Great service and support.
I started treatment and noticed an anomaly. I sent a query, and Wilbeth in customer support replied straight away. He thanked me for my input,saying it was helpful. The query was resolved , and Novamane made me a goodwill gesture which I wasnt expecting but ws greatly appreciated. Great service from Wilbeth, I would recommend this company and treatment to everyone.
