Didn't work for me, but great prompt customer service!
I used this for 3 months as they instructed, however, my results were unfortunately not as expected. I contacted support to advise them and they were quick to advise the steps required to honour their guarantee. The customer service was great and they refunded me. Although this product did not work for me, there is really nothing to lose to try it out and see if it works for you as from my experience their refund guarantee is rock solid. I gave it 4 stars as I didn't get the regrowth, however, they were easy to deal with and product was easy to use. My only constructive criticism would be to look at whether there are easier ways to open the vials as sometimes when you open, it won't snap open properly so you need to fiddle around with pliers to get it open.

Amazing customer service …
I had an issue with a few leaking microinfusion heads in my membership order. The serum was coming out very quickly and I ended up using an entire vial trying to stamp accordingly. I reached out to customer service and they sent a months supply and an extra pack of infusion heads. Couldn't be more satisfied.
