I've used this for three months. So far, so good, and when I have issues, the support is fast responsive at their working hours. Verdict: silo in fees. There is no clear statement about the fees for topup via US bank account (both total and detailed fees). While the fees on payout to stablecoin is counting at realtime when doing the transaction. I did count the estimation fees they charged based on: "topup amount send to US bank account" substract by "stablecoin amount received in my wallet". What I did: Whatever amount received on my account in the platform (after topup), I sent them all to my stablecoin wallet. The total fees is around 3.7 - 3.8%.

BIG RED FLAG, Something is not correct with this website and company first I made a account after a minutes I felt like I made a big mistake when I saw the fees they charge, first the the terms and policy states you can delete your account or change information when you want but apperantly they lock the account when you create it and then there is no delete button and the support is worst they told me they deleted my account but still active which means one thing they don't Update: they deleted my account finally but they ask me to update my review a genuine company would never ask for such thing.

This is really SOOOO VERY VERY BAD service. They requires money for each step; just do KYC, request account etc. But completely buggy- no time to pass with correct ID!!! And then recharge money for each re-attempt. They says that they need to wait until get update from their partner. BUT both this service and their partner are fool. THEY are ONLY exploiting customer's money. NO ACCTUAL WORK. Nothing is working excepts deposit. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL LOSE MORE THAN YOU CAN GET. ALSO SUPPORT IS VERY POOR. YOU WILL EXPERIENCE THE MOST POOR SUPPORT YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN. JUST FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SERVICE. Also their support are duressing me to remove this review to get refund. Actually I refused; then they are no responding anymore.

I transferred 20 USDT from my crypto account. Transfer status is succesful but receiver never received any amount. No reply from support inspite of several messages. It seems they have taken our money and scamed us. So Finally I got my money. It only took 10 days for crypto transfer to take place. Do not trust Novacrust (Prosharbiz Digital Limited) with your money. This platform operates with predatory practices and will completely ghost you if their third-party accounts run into trouble. First, their fee structure is highly deceptive. They regularly extract massive, hidden haircuts of up to 15% on user transactions without transparent disclosure. Worse, they force users to accept international client payments via PayPal's "Friends and Family" channel to intentionally bypass commercial standards and strip users of any chargeback protections. On June 12, 2026, my client sent $450 USD to their designated account (registered under the name Stephanie Osaji). Novacrust's PayPal account was subsequently flagged and frozen. Instead of taking accountability and paying me out from an alternative pool, their customer support team completely blocked my number on WhatsApp and blacklisted me on X (Twitter) to avoid answering for my missing funds. This is blatant, daylight robbery. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far away from Novacrust. I am currently escalating this case formally to the FCCPC in Nigeria and corporate fraud registries. Return my $450 immediately!
