Finally gave Nova a try today. From signing up to getting funds into my account, the experience was surprisingly straightforward. I’m still exploring the platform, but I like how simple everything feels so far. Definitely looking forward to using the money transfer and conversion features more.

My first experience with Nova has been pretty smooth so far. Creating an account was easy, depositing was straightforward, and the whole process felt simple and clean. Looking forward to trying out the converting and sending features next.

First time user had some difficulties but customer support was able to assist and get them resolved under 24hrs. Read in detail before deciding to do stuff however.

First time, and had challenges in completing the transaction. However, the platform has simplified transaction across countries i.e USD to MWK to crypto. The support admin is highly responsive. That's a plus. Suggestion: revise the fees.
