So far... so good. I applied for LLC and received message back the next day about some missing info. I called and they responded within 20 minutes.

I was not impressed with their virtual office service, so I canceled it after just one month. It was WAY more of a hassle than I anticipated for my new small business. They take days to get back to you via email (or you can call and leave a voicemail because they never answer their phone), and my inquiries were never really answered to my satisfaction. The real kicker? After you cancel your service, they do indeed hold any documents you get in the mail after that hostage! You have to pay $50 to view them (the monthly office service is only $40). I've already updated my business address on all my registrations and submitted mail forwarding the day I ended service with them, so pretty disappointed.

Hi Bridget, unfortunately we can’t locate an account associated with your username. With Virtual Office you receive unlimited uploads of your mail but when you cancel our service, we charge a per document fee as a courtesy because you are no longer a client.This is the same fee we would charge for any clients without Virtual Office or other mail service. We apologize for any delays you described experiencing hearing back from us as that’s not our standard level of service or responsiveness.

The main reason I selected Northwest was their supposedly fantastic customer service. I'm still waiting for that customer service to appear. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails, and they do not apparently check their own emails because this afternoon, they wrote asking me for information that I had already sent the first time they asked for it this morning. I hope this is just an uncharacteristic lapse, and that things will improve from here on out. I would like to be able to update this review with something positive...but that's going to be up to them.

I spoke to a registered agent they said they will help me file my late annual reports I signed up and everything I was happy not this morning they said they can’t help me with that. They told me to call up Secretary of State, And pretty much do it myself. I very disappointed. oh by the way it take 7 -14 days to get you money back what a waste of time. Imagine what else they will mis inform you on.

This service blows. They claim to file your LLC but as far as I can tell, they did absolutely nothing. No articles of organization, no LLC filed within state... Just a lot of empty promises and a waste of $135.00. Read the reviews and stay away; this business is a worthless scam.
