Great Service!
NorthStar Home has been fantastic to work with. Their technicians were quick on the installation. There was a minor issue after the technician left, which needed to be addressed. He returned very promptly and took care of the problem. Customer service was very quick in getting out the information I needed for my alarm permit. I am more than pleased with the service from NorthStar Home.

I find the system to be easy to use and that is important.
Honestly, the system is easy to use and simple to correct if I forget to turn off the alarm.
