Im learning the panel, it is quite different from the former panel, but its really great. I will be adding some accessories in the near future.

Very polite and perfessional men. The installer exceeded my expectations when he filled some holes after I had him come back to place my monitor higher up on the wall! He even filled some small damage I caused from removing a vent on my wall! That was so awesome!

We got our Northstar security system about a month ago and thus far we have had a great experience. The equipment works reliably well, and the app has never given us problems. Our issues are primarily with the Skybell doorbell and the Skybell app. It is very glitchy, clunky and crashes often on android based phones. As the Skybell is not a critical part of the security system, I didn't remove any stars from the review. Overall we are very happy with our service so far.

The installation was prompt and the installer was excellent at explaining the new system to me and cleaning up after himself. He was very trustworthy and I told his supervisor how impressed I was with him. The system works very well and they have done everything they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend them.
