We had very nice people to serve us Jason Myer sold us on it .I'm still getting use to all it does. The technician quietly went about installing it and it is working now. Could have used a pamphlet on the way to use it as I couldn't get it all in one lesson

I LOVED the customer service we received. Spencer worked hard on customizing a system just right for our family. Within a couple of hours Gerry came to install everything! There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Spencer and Gerry communicated very well to work everything out for us. Yes we would recommend North Star to others!

Colton, our sales epresentative, was knowledgeable of the product, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and provided a very low-pressure presentation. Easton, our installation technician, also did a fine job and was courteous and friendly while in our home. He provided a demonstration of our new system and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.
