We are enjoying our security system although we still continue to have some technical difficulties with our sky bell front door doorbell (Tends to lag in motion detection, And doorbell sound seems to stick when being rung)

I had a security system installed. It has never been completed. There have been a couple of different people here working on it. The last one that was here ( probably at least a month ago) said he would be back that weekend and he would call me. I have never hear back. My system is not working completely. I have had a couple of messages asking me to call back,but don't have the number. I would like to have the whole system working.

System doesn't work at all while I am away from my house like the installer said it would work and I'm still waiting for someone to come work on the outside chime. The light keeps going out and I have to move the chime for it to work. I had the system installed about three weeks ago, and I hope I will not continue to have issues with the system.

Customer service kinda slow, technians also slow to call back, been having issues with panel ever since the first week was up and the skybell not working all the time and the same excuse that it's my internet connection. Funny that's the only thing running slow is the skybell and the panel is not synced at all now !! But a technian will come and fix it any time for free so what every other week?? Well I can take it out I was told but that was the main reason I wanted the system was the skybell. So we will see after they come this time to fix it, is it worth the 61.99 a month for the next 5 years that I'm stuck in contract?? Not sure yet??

The installation technician could have done a better job explaining how to use the keypad and all of the features of this alarm package. The tech should have done a better job cleaning up after the installation process. The Northstar alarm service information package should be improved. Make sure that all of the terminology matches and that obsolete terms are eliminated or updated.

I could be 1/4 mile down the road and it would arm my home alarm. App is easy to use but I think it's stupid I can use my finger print to login but then I have to put in my code to actually arm or disarm?????😒
