I love the service and the new features I have. The folks who sold me the package and those who installed it were very nice and professional. So far I am pleased with everything. I would recommend Northstar to others for sure.

NorthStar's salesmen, technicians and main office personnel were very courteous, extremely efficient and highly professional in their dealing with me in the purchase and installation of the security system. I could not have asked for a more receptive group of professionals when it came to any request I had of them! I highly recommend, without reservations, this security system!

I'm deciding to move in order to make an upgrade in my alarm system--this by far has been an excellent decision --I'm very happy with the new alarm system upgrade and it definitely gives me peace of mind when leaving the house with such security.

I like the options I have with this system over the previous system I had. I have nothing nothing negative to say. I have called my sales rep (Michael Walker) a couple of times and can NOT believe how quickly he responds to my concerns/questions. Appreciating working with a company that lives up to their word.

I've only had NorthStar Home security system for about a month now, and thus far it has been exceptional services rendered - especially from my tech Jason who has gone above and beyond to service the security and safety needs of my family. We sleep better knowing NorthStar is at the helm. :)
