So far our experience with the sales staff has been fine. We have not needed to use our new system on an emergency basis since it was installed last week. System is easy to use and we have confidence it will meet our needs. Like some new benefits our old system did not offer

Eric stopped by our house and I asked him to come back when my husband was home, he came back and spoke with him ( of course I wasn't there.) so again he left and came back! That night we signed up! Got everything door locks, panel, window break monitor, and motion detectors installed that evening! Such an amazing experience so far! I've never felt more safe in our home!

Easy to navigate and very helpful for when my great grandchildren are here I know when a door is opened and which one so I can check where they are. The the medical device feel much at ease with it in case of an emergency.
