pull ups are the best!

Being a repeat customer for several years now, the latest shipment of overnight briefs contained a warehouse error - received four packages of the wrong size (XL instead of L). I was going to keep them, but was concerned about leakage due to the larger size. I only had two briefs remaining, but decided to call Customer Service anyway. What a delight dealing with the rep. She overnighted one of the replacement packages so I would not run out before receiving the other three via regular shipping. She also provided me a pre-paid return label. Could not be happier. You know you are dealing with a quality company when potential problems are minimized by great customer service!
