I purchased what I needed and paid for it a reasonable amount. Everything went expeditiously. Nothing more to say except that Trustpilot did not help me find NorthShore Care Supply, Google did.

My spouse is in advanced Alzheimer's & he is slowly but steadily evolving Into incontinence. I have tried the products on store shelves, & find North Shore supplies superior. One discrepancy in an order was quickly & graciously resolved. Highly recommend North Shore.

Excellent products and service

I was very satisfied with the whole process.

I've bought a lot of diapers over the years, from a LOT of online companies, but I never bought from Northshore until they started offering their own brand of "Supreme" overnight diapers. I read so many great reviews online that I just had to try them. One call got me free samples, and I have to say I was impressed at the fit and capacity. Like most people who buy these kinds of supplies, I had a stockpile that I had to work through before I would need more, so it was a few months before I genuinely needed more. But that day did come, and so I ordered online and got a case to my front porch in 48 hours, in a very discreet box (though I do wish they'd just use initials for the company name). I've used a few of the diapers from that case now, and I have to say that they're even better then I remembered. Lots of diapers claim to have enormous capacity, but many let you down in the real world, whether because they don't wick the moisture well, don't fit well, or just plain lie about how much they can hold. I'm very happy to say that the Northshore Supreme is everything it claims. They hold a lot without resorting to an over-reliance on SAP gel, so even when near capacity they're not squishy or HUGE. And you'll know you'e near capacity when you can feel the moisture creeping up the back of the diaper--something surprisingly few diapers can do. The bottom line is that we're all looking for something that will keep us, our sheets, and our clothing dry, and these are pretty much the best I've found. -RMS

I ordered the size small tabbed diapers according to the size chart description. My mother is petite, 5'0" and 115 lbs. Thank goodness I only ordered one package (20 count). Unfortunately, the small is extremely small and does not fit. Please note that the small is almost for a child, not an elderly senior. It would NOT be cost effective for me to pay for shipping to return. I'm out $30 and without diapers. I will not be ordering again.
