Excellent, 5 star company to deal with, in terms of ease of selection, range of product offerings and prompt delivery, with daily tracking to keep the customer informed. I am a practicing physician and recommend North Shore Care Supply on a regular basis to patients who require these types of supplies. On line selection to delivery date is dependable and timely.

We use this for our 19yr old kitty who has some problems due to age. He can't quite make it to the litter sometimes and has gone on the bed and on the carpets. We've been using puppy pads, but were looking for something larger for the bed. We came across these! We got the 36 x 60 4pack. They are great! We make sure we have one clean and use the others on the bed and in a certain spot on our carpet. They have cleaning instructions on a little tab on one side of the pads. Easy to wash. We done so a few times already. They seem to be holding up really well. Though our kitty sometimes still goes wherever he's at, he does try to make it to these and does use them and they are perfect for our bed where he loves to sleep. I'm going to recommend these to a friend who has a 14 yr old chihuahua who also has some problems. The price is good for these I think, considering they can be used over and over and over again. Though I thought that almost 13 dollars was a bit much for shipping, it did get to us very quickly! I recommend using this company. They are in the USA, Illinois I do believe.

I get a shipment of briefs on a routine basis. Since beginning these shipments, I do not think this company has missed shipping me my order at anytime. Anytime that I have had to call about other issues, the sales person spoken to has been friendly and helpful.

The personnel at NorthShore Care Supply are friendly and efficient. I received my recliner covers when they were scheduled to be delivered. The recliners protect my furniture and look nice as well.
