Very pissed off. These jerks sent my package with another hand delivered open adult diaper brochure, it had not even been in an envelope. Fed ex supposedly said nothing when they delivered it to my neighbor's house. Now I have to live with this crap, selling my house. Thanks morons!

Placed 2 orders, cancelled 1… Now after few days I’m being told I placed 3 orders, only 1 was cancelled. Only 1 was delivered. They are telling 1 order was delivered to my billing address in a different state. Customer service is just sending automated emails… What a mess and no customer service. The order I placed and was delivered is 112-1395217-9985052.

Denies free sample requests until you make a purchase order. They clearly value money over their customers and their well-being. This is disgusting of a company to do seeing as I am disabled and need incontinence products but often can’t afford it. Their customer service team is unhelpful and often times rude. The cases I had purchased from them were in AWFUL CONDITION, diaper stuffing falling out, tapes ripping off, leaks, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The Company is an absolute sham. They Luer you in with the promise of a decent product that will actually protect. Then you spend copious amount of money on a product that you actually need to have a normal life And almost every product you buy from them fails. Three packs I’ve had an issue with. From the sides ripping off to tapes not sticking. And if you don’t use the product on their timeline they won’t do anything to rectify it. Don’t waste your money. I was literally so frustrated and in tears over trying to get ready for bed and having the tapes fail in pair after pair. Then you contact cuter service and they are rude and speak to you like you are delusional. Hate to say it north shore, not everyone using is elderly. I have never been so frustrated and humiliated in all my life.

Very slow Shipping takes a whole month cause they use method item is on hold til warehouse is full. This company wants more money by doing this making you order double each month. I order four cases in one month cause they are super slow shipping.

Worst online ordering experience ever. Since January order placed, still no product. Nothing but multiple excuses when they respond to my emails and the initial phone call I made. That call was when they couldn't even locate my order number which is the number they assigned to my order in the first place! As of tonight, after a few more email response excuses to yet another email complaint l made at 5am today, they told me they are shipping the order Monday March 2and but if I no longer want to receive their products and still want the refund I demanded in this morning's email I sent, they can do that instead, just let them know how I wish to proceed. I still want my money, they don't have to go thru the bother of shipping anything to me, except my redund.

They keep making thier website more cumbersome and slower and slower and slower and slower. It use to take 3 or 4 clicks and you were done. Now you must search and search, fill out forms and then go through a tenuous checkout. These people don't listen. They are loosing business because they have a poor webmaster. If you like waiting for page after page to load and like lots of pop ups, this is the site for you!
