HANDY ITEMS for all ages !!!

One thing I've always appreciated about ordering from NorthShore Care Supply is the very prompt delivery (I have a tendency to wait until the last minute to order and thus need my supplies as quickly as possible). This time, it took three (3) extra days to receive my order. One time in the past, my box of supplies was left at my door when there was no answer (I either wasn't home or didn't hear the knock). Someone stole the box delivered to my door. I contacted Northshore and my shipment was replaced at no cost to me, but they changed future delivery instructions to require a signature from me for receipt of the shipment. I understand that because otherwise my supplies are delayed and Northshore eats the cost of the theft. I live in an apartment, though, and the rental office accepts packages for tenants who aren't home at time of delivery. A door tag is left to let us know that the package is at the office, we pick up the package from the office and sign for the package at that time. However, that's not how the process worked this time. The delivery service attempted to deliver the package to my apartment on three (3) consecutive days. I wasn't home the first two times and, evidently, slept through the third attempt. The note left by the delivery firm stated that I had 7 days to arrange with their administrative offices for pick-up of the package or it would be returned to Northshore. I arranged to retrieve my package at one of the delivery service's local offices at a time of my choosing (the office was open 24 hours per day; 7 days per week). So, in future, I am using the local delivery service office for receipt of all my packages. I don't want the expensive delivery fees for quicker service when it takes 4 or 5 days to receive my packages. Northshore products are quality products and deserve to have a fast and efficient delivery method. One more note, though, I tried the free sample of the Northshore tab-style diaper. These are not for me. I was given the size I normally order, but the brief is too short in the rise. The diaper didn't come up to my waist but hugged me low on my hips allowing heavy nighttime voids to go up and over the top of the brief (even when used with booster pads) and onto the underpads. This leaves me to awaken in a soaked bed. Therefore, I won't be ordering these diapers unless the design is changed for a higher rise.

Glad to know I can expect my delivery in about a week or less.

Excellent service , prompt delivery !

In my order they gave me some samples that I didn't even ask for and I love the samples more than what I bought lol. I also had my box in my home the NEXT day. Who does this anymore for their customers. I look forward to buying their brand of diapers ASAP but I am on a fixed income so I have to wait a month to order again otherwise I would have allready reorderd with them allready. Thankyou Northshore for being there for your customers.
