So I’m running into the same issue with this company and it’s been over a month since I paid for the product. I’ve emailed multiple times and was told the same excuse of the fedex system messing up and the item being returned, but when asked for tracking I have yet to receive. Im glad someone is at least answering the emails, but the runaround is annoying. Im going to just dispute with my bank.

Terrible customer service, I placed my order and heard nothing. I finally sent an email requesting info and was told there was a factory problem. I have never heard another word about my order until now when you want me to review a product. Quite the scam, you were very quick to charge my credit card.

Customer service was very responsive to my issue with incorrect product information.

Great set. Looks amazing in our hallway. +Easy to hang. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Will definitely order from again.
