My order has still not arrived and it’s been 2 weeks. I have requested help twice and a refund and have not heard back. This is horrendous service and I’d like a refund.

I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience and for the delay, we are based in Florida and because of the Hurricane we are experiencing some delays but your order is out for delivery now. I have sent you previously the tracking number, from where you can track your package.

Hi, Thanks for your review which is very important for us. I can see that you have received your package and that we answered to all your emails it could be that they landed in Junk. Sometimes we are experiencing delays because of FedEx operational delays for which we can't do anything and we also do not know it previously.

I love their products and I have bought…
I love their products and I have bought many things from them. They look great inside my home. My only complaint is that it took several weeks before my order even shipped. Also customer service is pretty nonexistent. Sent a couple of messages but never heard back from anyone. Great products… Just don’t be in any hurry to receive them.
