Bought the blacked out Loki as a gift, my brother loved it. Bought myself the standard Loki, couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to see what comes out next to add to my newly formed collection!

Mike, one for your brother and one for yourself is exactly how the Loki tends to go. Plenty more coming out of the forge — keep an eye out. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

Made my first purchase hoping it would make a good Christmas gift. Product arrived quickly and I was so impressed I immediately placed a second order.

Kathy, a second order before the first gift was even unwrapped is about the best review a blade can get. Thank you for trusting us with Christmas. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

I came across Northern Knife on Instagram last year and ordered 3 Loki knives for Christmas gifts. I was disappointed that they arrived after the holiday. However, the knives were so amazing that I gave N.K. another try this year and the knives I ordered came very promptly. I know my guys will be super excited to add to their collection! My husband and sons enjoy smoking and grilling and these knives are great for that. The feather knife I ordered this year is gorgeous!

Thank you for giving us a second run after that first Christmas arrived late — that one stung on our side too, and we have put a lot of work into dispatch since. Delighted the blades themselves made the case for us. — Andy @ NorthernKnife

I have purchased these for Christmas and I can’t wait until they open them!! The knives are totally worth it! I am blown away by the quality and boxing! The Bjorn is worth every penny! I purchased two sheaths and am very happy. I was worried by some of the reviews, but customer service surpassed anything I have ever experienced! Mary responded quickly and was very helpful! Great communications if you have any doubts- forget them! Now to purchase a couple for me!

I ordered the Loki knife for a Christmas gift. I was really worried it wouldn't arrive before then. Customer service was awesome to deal with. They let me know where my knife was at each step, and completely reassured me. My knife arrived today, and is in perfect condition. The box is beautiful, the knife is beautiful, and I'm extremely impressed with the top notch Customer service. Thank you!

I am very disappointed that after ordering two knives, the company began running 'a get one free ' offer. They refused my request to honor my order with this special offer.
Response from NorthernknifeDec 12, 2025
We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused and we completely understand why this felt disappointing. Our Buy 1 Get 1 Free and Buy 2 Get 2 Free offers are usually very limited-time promotions and typically last less than 24 hours. In cases where an order has not yet shipped, we do our best to add the extra knife when possible. Unfortunately, once an order has already been shipped, we’re unable to modify it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. As a tip for future purchases, we run a major discount event every month on the 21st — what we call our ‘Blackjack Day’ — with some of our biggest offers of the year. We also regularly share exclusive discounts through our newsletter. Thank you again for your order and for your understanding. We truly appreciate your support and apologize again for the inconvenience. Best regards, Damien CEO & Co-Founder, NorthernKnife
