Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the stress caused by the lack of communication around the delivery. We completely understand how important timing is, especially around Christmas, and we regret that you didn’t receive the reassurance you needed while waiting. We’re glad the knife did arrive in time, but we acknowledge that the uncertainty led to unnecessary worry and an extra purchase, which is not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is very valuable and helps us improve our communication moving forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 🔪✨
